Hello:
Yesterday I visited your nursery with the intent of buying 2 trees to fill in gaps in a cedar row in my backyard. I must tell you that I was first helped by a very polite and knowledgeable young man, George Partridge, who escorted me to the far north lot to inspect some trees. At some point he contacted Gordon Philp to confirm the specific location of some items.
When Mr. Philp arrived shortly after to work in the area he checked on us to make sure we had found what we were looking for. How truly considerate of him! I was so very impressed by his polite, friendly, and professional manner. Within moments of hearing my landscape problem he was able to advise and edify me with his thorough knowledge based obviously on decades of experience. What an extraordinary experience! His advice and his amiable personality speak volumes of his genuine love for his work and of the integrity of a man who cares as much for these living, growing products he sells as he does for his customers' informed choices.
Frankly, I have been a Reeves customer for over twenty years, but I realised that what I experienced yesterday with these two employees deserves to be rewarded with my business and loyalty.
The symbolism of a wise and experienced man with over thirty-five years of real-world, in-the-field, practical work under his belt serving as a bridge to the next generation of employee, such as the young student Mr. Partridge, did not escape me and further validates my reason to give you my business and recommendation to friends and family.
