Custom design Service Awards of Excellence

Landscape design has been elevated to an art form and it requires special talent to create a distinctive vision which is ‘just right’ for your property. Humber has conceived and produced exciting and innovative landscape projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We are especially proud of our collection of awards and achievements, which recognize the success of these efforts. Landscape Plans for Every Budget

1. ‘In-House’ Custom Design

Service $75.00

Our most popular alternative allows you to participate directly in the creation of your own unique landscape design and you also receive 20 Humber Bonus Dollars (redeemable for any product or installation offered by Humber Nurseries). It’s a simple, easy process:

a) Pick up your Landscape Planning Guide (available at the checkout inside the store) or we can mail it to you when consultation is pre-paid.

b) Complete the basic information required following the step-by-step instructions in the Guide.

c) Schedule your consultation (by phone or in person) in the appointment book at the Inside Retail Store Cashier. Pre-payment for the consultation is required at this time.

d) Bring your completed Guide (and photos) and sit with our designer for a 30-40 minute consultation. Your input and comments ensure that your custom drawing will be ‘just right’ for your home.

2. ‘On-Site’ Consultation
A professional landscape designer will visit your home to offer design ideas and planting tips for your property. The Garden Consultation will cost $75.00 per hour including travel time. A distance surcharge will apply to ‘on-site’ consultations outside a 30 km radius of our Brampton nursery.

3. ‘On-Site’ Custom Design Service
A professional landscape drawing completed to scale after a consultation at your residence or business:

a) $500 for front or back yard, based on standard 50' × 120' lot, and receive a $20 Humber Gift Voucher.

b) $750 for front and back yard based on a standard 50' × 120' lot.

c) $750 and up (depending on location and lot size) for front or back yards of larger residential sites.

d) When you purchase any of the ‘on-site’ designs you will immediately receive a $20 Humber Gift Voucher (with purchase of $500 or $750 design).

4. ‘Ready-Made’ Plan (50¢)
Plan Before You Plant Choose from over 50 pre-printed landscape designs each depicting a different front yard, back yard or feature area.

5. Insurance Claims
A written estimate for damages being claimed through an insurance company can be prepared by our Landscape Designed. The cost for this service will be $150.00 and up (including travel time).
