Privacy Policy

Humber Nurseries Ltd. has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Effective January 1, 2004 the federal government enacted the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The purpose of PIPEDA is to regulate the private sector's collection, use and disclosure of personal information. This policy is to make you aware of your rights concerning the handling of your personal information.

Purchase of a House Package:
personal information is collected by Humber Nurseries Ltd. or a licensed independent dealer when you contract with Humber Nurseries Ltd. to purchase a house package and register for product warranties.

By email or telephone:
personal information may be provided by a potential customer or investor to facilitate the receipt of product, service or investment information

When you visit the Humber web site, information is not collected that could identify you personally unless you choose to provide it voluntarily. You are welcome to browse the web site at any time anonymously and privately without revealing any personal or financial information about yourself.
